Terms & Conditions:

  • The Cashback can be applied at all resorts with no expiration date.
  • Complimentary late check out until 15.00 Hrs. for SANTHIYA GOLD MEMBER with advance notice to the Front Office team upon check in and subject to room availability.
  • Complimentary late check out until 18.00 Hrs. for SANTHIYA PLATINUM MEMBER with advance notice to the Front Office team upon check in and subject to room availability.
  • The Cashback utilization is available for all specified terms. Cashback received from payments made through our website can be applied at all resorts by informing our reception staff during on-site transactions.
  • The Cashback received from on-site payments at all resorts is solely applicable for utilization towards future stays until further updates are provided.
  • The Cashback can be applied to all expenses related to accommodations, in-house services, extra bed fees, spas, Santhiya transfer services, and restaurant expenditures (NOT included outsourced services and previously utilized Cashback).
  • The Cashback cannot be redeemed for cash, resold, given to others, shared with other members, or exchanged.

Membership Validity and Benefits under the

“Santhiya Loyalty Program”

1. Members Who Have Never Used Their Membership

  • Membership is valid for 12 months (1 year) from the date of enrollment.
  • If no stay or eligible transaction is recorded within this 12-month period, the membership will be automatically expired.

2. Members Who Have Used Their Membership

Membership is valid for 60 months (5 years) under the following conditions:

• Single-Stay Members

If a member enrolls and completes only one stay and does not return thereafter, the membership will remain valid for 5 years from the enrollment date.

• Active Members

If a member continues to stay with us, the membership validity will be extended and calculated as 5 years from the date of the most recent stay.

Expired Membership – Privileges, Tier & Cashback

1. Upon Membership Expiration

Once a membership status becomes expired, all membership benefits will immediately terminate, including but not limited to:

  • Member privileges and exclusive benefits
  • Tier status (e.g., Silver, Gold, Platinum, or any other level)
  • Accumulated Cashback, credits, rewards, or any other benefit balance

2. Re-Enrollment After Expiration

If a customer chooses to enroll again after membership expiration:

  • The member will be treated as a new member.
  • Tier status will restart from the entry level.
  • Any previous Cashback balance, credits, or accumulated benefits cannot be reinstated, transferred, or reused.

1. กลุ่มสมาชิกที่ยังไม่เคยใช้สิทธิสมาชิก

  • สถานะสมาชิกมีอายุ 12 เดือน (1 ปี) นับจากวันที่สมัครสมาชิก
  • ในกรณีที่ท่านไม่ได้มีการเข้าพักหรือการใช้บริการที่เข้าเกณฑ์ภายในระยะเวลาดังกล่าว (12 เดือน) สถานะสมาชิกจะสิ้นสุดลงโดยอัตโนมัติ

2. กลุ่มสมาชิกที่มีการใช้บริการแล้ว

สถานะสมาชิกจะมีอายุรวม 60 เดือน (5 ปี) ภายใต้เงื่อนไขดังต่อไปนี้:

• กรณีท่านสมาชิกที่เข้าพักเพียงครั้งเดียว (Single-Stay Members) หลังจากสมัคร และไม่มีการกลับมาใช้บริการอีก

→ สถานะสมาชิกของท่านจะยังคงมีอายุ 5 ปี นับจากวันที่สมัคร

• กรณีท่านสมาชิกที่ใช้บริการอย่างต่อเนื่อง (Active Members)

→ อายุสมาชิกของท่านจะถูกขยายออกไป โดยคำนวณเป็น 5 ปี นับจากวันที่เข้าพักครั้งล่าสุด

เมื่อสถานะสมาชิกสิ้นสุดลง – สิทธิประโยชน์ ระดับสมาชิก และเครดิตสะสม

1. เมื่อสถานะสมาชิกสิ้นสุดลง

เมื่อสถานะสมาชิกของท่านสิ้นสุดลง สิทธิประโยชน์ต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเป็นสมาชิกจะสิ้นสุดลงโดยอัตโนมัติ รวมถึง:

  • สิทธิพิเศษและสิทธิประโยชน์สำหรับสมาชิก
  • ระดับสมาชิก (เช่น Silver, Gold, Platinum หรือระดับอื่น ๆ)
  • ยอดสะสม Cashback, Credit หรือสิทธิสะสมอื่นใด

2. การสมัครสมาชิกใหม่ภายหลังการสิ้นสุดสถานะสมาชิก

ในกรณีที่ท่านประสงค์จะสมัครสมาชิกใหม่ภายหลังสถานะสมาชิกเดิมสิ้นสุดลง:

  • การสมัครสมาชิกใหม่จะถือเป็นการเริ่มต้นสมาชิกใหม่
  • ระดับสมาชิกจะเริ่มต้นจากระดับเริ่มต้น
  • Cashback หรือสิทธิประโยชน์เดิม จะไม่สามารถเรียกคืน โอน หรือกลับมาใช้ได้อีก
